1. ลง Package ของ Linux yum install freenx
2. Download Program ได้ที่ http://www.nomachine.com/ ไว้สำหรับลง กับ OS Windows
ดู network link speed ด้วยโปรแกรม mii-tool
posted on 29 Dec 2008 21:42 by thaihottip in Unixบนลินุกซ์ ผมนิยมใช้โปรแกรม mii-tool ในการตรวจสอบ network speed link ว่าขณะนี้ต่ออยู่กับ switch / hub ด้วยความความเร็วเท่าไร
ใช้คำสั่งว่า mii-tool จะได้ข้อความตอบมาตัวอย่างว่า
eth0: negotiated 100baseTx-FD, link ok
eth1: no link
ีหมายความว่า eth0 ต่อด้วย speed 100 MBps แบบ full duplex ส่วน eth1 ไม่ได้ต่อกับ switch / hub เลย
หมายเหตุ
- ได้ลองทดสอบกับ ubuntu, TLE 8 และ Fedora core
- ต้องใช้สิทธิ์เป็น root
- หากมี error ตัวอย่าง SIOCGMIIPHY on 'eth0' failed: Operation not permitted
แสดงว่าอาจไม่มีสิทธิ์ใช้คำสั่งนี้ ให้ปรับตัวเป็นสิทธิ์ root แล้วลองดูใหม่
หากยังเจอ error เหมือนเดิมอีก ถือว่าโชคร้าย network driver ไม่ถูกกับ mii-tool ก็อดใช้เลยนะ
